Experience in technical recruitment, particularly engineers<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Familiarity with the building engineering industry<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Ability to successfully<br/><br/>identify, attract, and recruit high quality candidates<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Strong sourcing and interviewing skills<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure needs are being met<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Experience using social media recruitment, particularly Linked-In Recruiter is essential<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Experience using the Kenexa applicant tracking system a plus<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Willing to attend industry networking events to represent company<br/><br/>· A minimum of a <br/><br/>BA/BS degree is required<br/><br/>Share your passion and experience in a global culture that believes your potential to achieve is endless. Our integrated approach to engineering and design brings together the best professionals to meet our clients’ needs.<br/><br/>Arup is currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist our busy Human Resources department in our NYC office this summer.<br/><br/>As a Human Resources Intern, you will learn and apply the following:<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Assist with experienced and college recruiting efforts<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Provide administrative support to HR<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Create and maintain personnel records<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Input and maintain employee data into the HRIS accurately and in a timely manner<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Enter terminations and any other changes (transfers, pay rate changes, etc.)<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Set-up new hire and termination packets<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Process various forms as needed<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Coordinate interviews including Outlook appointments, conference room booking, and travel arrangements<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Assist with various HR projects<br/><br/>Requirements:<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>A previous HR internship is preferred<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Organized and detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.<br/><br/>·<br/><br/>Proficient in Microsoft Office, previous experience working with an ATS or HRIS system is a plus.<br/><br/>Share your passion and experience in a global culture that believes your potential to achieve is endless.
