We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to work as part of our IT Support Group. This position provides first level support for Arup staff in the Americas Region.

Your responsibilities will involve:

•Utilizing IPSoft Help Desk application to respond to user requests and answering the Help Desk hotline to assist users with service impacting issues

•Assisting IT Support Staff with day to day tasks including PC and laptop images and setup of user workstations, etc.

•General administrative work including documentation, inventory, shipping, and moving of equipment

Qualified professionals will have 1 - 2 years of experience in a Corporate Help Desk / IT Support environment. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Top applicants must be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and have strong attention to detail.
